How do I download my book?
After purchase, go to My Library and click the download button next to your book. You'll receive a DRM-free EPUB file that works on any e-reader.
I didn't receive my download email
Check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it, log in to your account and visit My Library to download directly.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally don't offer refunds after download. However, if you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing your purchase, contact support@canto9.com and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
What format are the books in?
All books are delivered as DRM-free EPUB files. EPUB is supported by most e-readers including Kobo, Nook, and Apple Books. For Kindle, you can use Amazon's Send to Kindle service or convert using Calibre.
Are these books written by AI?
Yes. All fiction on Canto9 is AI-generated and clearly labeled as such. The content is released under CC0 (public domain), meaning you can use it freely for any purpose.
